Guerilla-ish game running in the background of Intercon the XIIIth.
Long Description
All attendees at the convention were handed contingency envelopes at the beginning of the convention. During opening ceremonies, the Con Chair took a celebratory drink of port -- and keeled over -- at which point everyone was told to open their envelopes, containing at least a faction that they were in, and in many cases a custom "character sheet" for who they "really" were.
The game was a near-complete failure (lesson: you can't make people play a game they didn't sign up for), but a few people got into it, and it was a fun bit of silliness throughout the con.
Nominally ran all weekend; in reality, mostly petered out, but a few people made a valiant effort at a bit of silliness during the Saturday night party.
