Last Harbor ⚓ A Shipwreck LARP
Last Harbour is a LARP where the ghosts of shipwrecks gather in a spectral anchorage. Famous liners, warships, and forgotten tragedies must decide whether to summon the Flying Dutchman — a ghost ship said to free the drowned… or bind them forever to a fleet of the dead.
Long Description
All wrecks drift here eventually.
Beyond the edge of storm and memory lies a place sailors never speak of: the Last Harbour.
It is not marked on any chart. It has no lighthouse, no shore, and no living harbor master. Yet every ship that dies at sea eventually finds its way here.
The wrecks of history gather in this spectral anchorage—broken hulls carrying the weight of lost crews, unfinished voyages, and the stories of the sea itself.
Tonight, a whisper moves through the currents. A stirring beneath the tides.
The possibility of summoning the legendary Flying Dutchman.
Some believe the Dutchman can release the souls bound to their wrecks, allowing them to finally rest. Others believe raising it would condemn them to an eternity sailing as a ghost fleet.
As the storm builds and old rivalries resurface, the wrecks must decide:
Should the dead remain buried, or sail once more?
Last Harbour is a highly social, conversation-driven LARP focused on ritual, memory, grief, legacy, and the philosophical question of what should become of the dead.
Players portray personified shipwrecks from history as they participate in a ritual to summon the Flying Dutchman. Through debate, storytelling, alliances, personal revelations, and ritual participation, the group collectively determines the fate of the souls bound to their wrecks.
There is no combat system and very little physical action. The primary mechanics focus on roleplay, memory-sharing, negotiation, and collective decision-making.
Characters include famous and infamous shipwrecks from across history, including:

Will they raise the Flying Dutchman...
or let the sea keep its dead?
