The three major crime organizations of Seattle, Eli Katzmann's Jews, Rodolpho Marchetti's Italians and, the most feared of all, Ludo Karel's Russians, are meeting for the first time. Mysterious vigilantes in colourful costumes have been offing men from all sides, and it's payback time. The police are under their collective thumbs, so it has to be someone from within... Intrigues will abound as Seattle's professional lowlifes gather to see who can come out on top or just alive.
